What we collect on this website
When you use our Get Started or research request forms, we collect what you type in: your name, email, phone number, state, the services or products you're interested in, how you prefer to be contacted, and how you heard about us. We also note which page you used and any advertising campaign tags in the link you followed, so we know which outreach is working.
Please don't send medical history, symptoms, medications, or other health details through this website. If you become a patient, that information is collected through our secure clinical systems.
How we use it
- To contact you about your request and schedule an evaluation.
- To follow up if we can't reach you, using the method you chose.
- To understand which pages and campaigns bring people to us.
We do not sell your information. If you agree to texts, you can reply STOP at any time to opt out.
Where it is stored
Form submissions go directly to Derma Rescue's Google Workspace account and are accessible only to authorized staff. Clinical records, if you become a patient, are kept in our electronic health record system.
Your choices
To ask what we have on file, correct it, or ask us to delete it, email info@dermarescue.com.
Patient health information
Health information you share as a patient is protected under HIPAA and described in our Notice of Privacy Practices, available from our office on request.
